1.25" w/ Bastian Bros. back paper and union bug at 4 o'clock on curl. Martin Glynn replaced William Sulzer after his impeachment in 1913, while he was Sulzer's Lt. Governor. Glynn the won the New York Gubernatorial election in 1914 becoming the first Roman Catholic elected governor of the state. Tiny faint age mark at 9 o'clock on extreme outer edge. Otherwise light wear. Extremely Fine.
