1". Produced by Green Duck Co. Features a bare-chested FDR as sailor at ships wheel. Illustrated over his shoulder is a blue eagle. Rim reads "Don't Change The Pilot Re-Elect F.D. Roosevelt." Below the ships wheel is the issuer's imprint "Local 89 I.L.G.W.U." Bold coloration w/ only light wear. A very clean example of this litho. Exc.
