Item Description
16.25x16.25x2-1/8" deep box w/photo illustrated lid contains complete parts for dart-like game made in Spain for the Spanish market by Midena, c. 1982. Based off the live action/computer animated sci-fi Tron, released by Walt Disney in 1982. Box lid bears Walt Disney name, noting this as an officially licensed item, however box and game itself bears no copyright date. Game functions much like the familiar velcro toss ball/dart games and features 15.5" metal-rimmed board covered in fleece-like material depicting three characters from the film w/rings featuring assigned points. The game is played by tossing the three included plastic saucer discs w/velcro strips at gameboard. Some lt. aging but contents are o/w Exc. Box shows wear w/corner split to lid and edge/corner tip wear. Slight inward concave warp to lid. Box is Fine overall. Rare foreign market fame and first we've offered.
