1.75 X 2-3/8" small card picturing states ( no Oklahoma, but rather Indian Territory) below motto "Protection To American Industries". Reverse compares wages of various occupations in Protected United States vs those of Workingmen in Free Trade England ( i.e. England about 50% of U.S.). Tiny wear and tiny color loss on reverse bottom.
