Nice quality lacquered metal card case w/attached brass plate bearing raised "Batman" name in batsymbol w/"He Is A Hero Of The Night!" text above and 1987 DC Comics copyright below. Made in Japan for the Japanese market. Comes in original plastic bag as sold in Japan, noted by original "Tokyo Boogie Beat" store sticker. Bag was sealed w/Superman "S" symbol sticker, which has neatly been lifted. Exc. From the collection of Chip Kidd, renowned author, graphic designer and pop culture enthusiast extraordinaire.
