Item Description
2.75x7.75". Dated December 3, 1793. Document pertains to a suit involving the state of New York. Stain in upper right corner, as well as edge wear, including uneven edge along top and a few small tears along left edge. Otherwise moderate handling. Fine. Ingersoll was a member of the Continental Congress as well as one of the 39 signers of the Constitution. He also went on to serve as Clinton DeWitt's running mate in 1812 against James Madison and Elbridge Gerry. Comes w/JSA LOA.
