Item Description
1.25" w/ Pulver, Rochester back paper. Front text" This Button Will Show The Picture Of The Democratic Candidate As Soon As Nominated." This very curious slogan button likely  saw use between the Theodore Roosevelt nominating convention which opened June 21, 1904 in Chicago and the Democrats who opened their St. Louis convention July, 6 nominating Parker over William Randolph Hearst on the first ballot. The following March 1905,  Pulver was bought out by Bastian Bros., also of Rochester. Exc. and Rare.
