3x7" on stock. Dated November 6, 1957. Event held in the Meadow Acres Ballroom in Topeka, KS. Kennedy served as the keynote speaker for the fund-raising event, as he began his early campaigning for his 1960 bid for the Democratic nomination. Only light wear. Exc. John Hillhouse Collection.
