5.5" overall w/ 1.75" cello. Button has Wm. T. Wager back paper. 1938. Cello has only light wear. Ribbon has moderate wear w/ a few small separations along bottom on left side. Extremely Fine. Fitzpatrick won re-election in 1938. He served in Congress from 1927 until 1945.
