Item Description
3x5" index card (w/rounded edges) has black ink inscription/signature of Red Grange (1903-1991), who inscribed "Very Sincerely - 'Red' Grange," adding "7/16/46" date. Card is aged and has small insect hole at top left margin edge. Small smudge to Grange's last name, but still totally legible. Card is Fine overall, but inscription/signature would make for nice framed display. Comes w/JSA COA.
Grange played for the Chicago Bears (1925, 1929-1937) and was a two-time NFL champion (1932, 1933), member of the NFL 1920s All-Decade team, 1923 National champion and 100 Greatest Bears of All-Time. He was enshrined in the Pro Football HOF in 1963.
