Item Description
4x5" printed questionnaire card has been filled out and signed in black felt tip pen by gold legend Gene Sarazen (1902-1999). Card has four printed questions w/line at bottom for signature. Questions include - "The Sport I'm Most Associated With Is..." to which Sarazen replied "Golf." In response to question regarding awards/trophies, he filled in "American Open, Masters, British Open, P.G.A. Champion." Sarazen listed fellow golfers Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player as fellow golfers he admires before going on to note his "Squire" nickname. Some minor corner tip wear but o/w Exc.

Sarazen was one of the world's top players in the 1920s and 1930s, and the winner of seven major championships. He is one of five players (along w/Ben Hogan, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus, and Tiger Woods) to win each of the four majors at least once, now known as the Career Grand Slam - U.S. Open (1922, 1932), PGA Championship (1922, 1923, 1933), The Open Championship (1932) and Masters Tournament (1935).
