Item Description
8.5" tall tin litho w/built-in keys. Marx, ©1939 McCarthy Inc. Box has moderate overall wear/aging. Bottom flap has separated at edge of box but is present and other tabs are also present. Scattered creasing and small puncture on sides can be seen on close inspection. Displays VG. Snerd has note pinned to back reading "Meet My Friend - Mortimer Snerd. Signed Charlie McCarthy." Figure worked when tested, waddling about when wound and hat goes up/down. Lt. even aging and some lt. scattered wear in the form of small nicks/scratches. Fine. Michael Lartigaut Collection.
