Item Description
Each is 2.5". Gorbachev is 5.25 oz .999 fine silver. Proof from German mint. Features side-by-side portraits of Reagan and Gorbachev w/text above on front reading "Prasident Ronald Reagan und Generalsekretar Michail Gorbatschow." Reverse has symbols of the United States and the Soviet Union. Dated July 12, 1987. Text below in German reads "Treffen Fur Den Frieden", which translates to "Meeting For Peace". Virtually no wear. NM. Inaugural medal features high relief portrait of Reagan w/Copyright "1981 Medallic Art Co. -Danbury, CT, -.999 Fine Silver."  4.7oz. Has original presentation box and papers. Minor wear, most notably on tip of Reagan's nose. Exc.
