2" w/"The Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark, N.J." on curl. This bold design more commonly comes w/text simply reading "Landon For President." This single-day button is from the Republican State Convention in WV on August 13, 1936, as stated in the text. While most examples have edge staining/spotting, the present example is particularly clean w/only light wear. A well-centered and high-grade example of this WV Landon pin. Exc.
