Item Description
5.25x6.25". Produced by Beechwood Metalcraft Studio (Watertown, MA). Scattered areas of blue paint loss on donkey and blue background behind text. Otherwise light wear. VF. Frank Kowalski was a Colonel in the U.S. Army during World War II. He served as U.S. Representative from Connecticut at-large, 1959-63 as well as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention from Connecticut, 1960. In 1962, he was a candidate for U.S. Senator from Connecticut, however he was defeated in his Senate bid. A scarce JFK coattail item. John Hillhouse Collection.
