Item Description
Each is 2.5x4". Each is dated Wednesday, November 2, 1960. From a campaign event held at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. Bottom does not have plastic covering and has two pin holes in the center as well as scattered creasing throughout. Litho button attached has scattered surface scratches. Moderate handling wear. VG. Top two have plastic covering w/pin on reverse. Only light wear. Both are Exc. A nice trio of badges from a single-day event held just days prior to the election. Kennedy lost Nixon's home state of California in a hotly contested election in the state, but went on to win the presidency. John Hillhouse Collection.
