Designated area for name and address has been filled out in pencil. Lt. soiling on lower two-thirds of front, reverse has stamp 1 and 2 of 12. On 2, tiny wartime caricature head of Japanese man is shown. Late issues of "Press" cards had square stamps. Back has some tanning w/minor dust. Stamps mounted but Exc. Presscard is VG. Rare.
