3.25x8" on thin paper. Features cartoon of McClellan "Before Election" and "After Election". In center is a rooster w/"Our Platform" above it and "Cessation of Hostilities" below. Below bottom cartoon is caption reading "Little Mac Badly Defeated." Tiny hole along bottom edge on right side, as well as scattered creasing, most notably a horizontal crease across the rooster. Otherwise moderate wear. Fine.
