Item Description
3.25" overall w/1.25" button. This design was issued w/various designations and we believe this is only the second we've seen specifying "1,000 LB. Waste Paper Award/MacArthur." Some fading on red color of ribbon, otherwise glossy w/moderate surface wear on cello that is only seen in reflected light. Still Exc.
