Item Description
2.25x 3.25" die-cut flat celluloid, comprised of four celluloid segments, three rivets and two anchors on reverse holding a spring. Stalin is quite graphically movable by holding Hitler's boot and moving the tab below Stalin's boot left and right. At the extreme position, Stalin's member is visible. Hitler w/swastika armband reads his book "Mein Kampf" as he bends over. Stalin wears hammer and sickle armband while he  grasps Hitler's shoulders. All three sections of the Stalin figure move while the Hitler figure is stationary. Only the third example we've seen of this wartime 1940s novelty. Light wear w/vibrant color. Exc.
