Item Description
1.25" button w/W&H back paper. The comic strip ran in the newspaper "The Sunday North American." Its full name was "Little Growling Bird In Windego Land." The cartoonist, who has several other strips, was A.T. Crichton. The strip focused on Ojibwa Indian mythology. It ran in Philadelphia June 10, 1906 to August 25, 1907. One of the few examples we've seen with the tin cricket still attached. Cricket works. Exc. Rare.
