Item Description
Blister card contains 4.75" tall Toy Biz action figure. Card notes "Speed Surfing!" feature. This chrome version differs from Toy Biz's earlier Silver Surfer figure in that it features the obvious vacumetal finish as well as sporting a smaller head, hollow legs and thinner surfboard. AFA subgrades are as follows - C90 B90 F85. Single highest graded example according to current AFA Population Report. J. Ballman Collection.
