9x11x1". Ceramic. Stamp on verso reads "M. Bernardini/Sculptor/Copyrighted 1936/Lester A. Beatty/Chicago, Illinois." Two loops on reverse for suspension. Features relief portrait of FDR sitting at desk w/facsimile signature below. Only light wear. Exc. An interesting plaque from FDR's re-election campaign in 1936 in the midst of the Great Depression.
