Item Description
6.5x9.75" hardcover features 500 pages and consists of 16 comic books, presenting "A Selection Of The Best Comics Of The Year," bound together by St. John Publishing Company in 1948. The first of three such Treasury editions published by St. John. Titles include - Little Annie Rooney, Ella Cinders, Abbie An' Slats, Abbot And Costello, Jim Hardy, Little Audrey, Ella Cinders and more. Cover shows wear to spine, w/.75" split to surface paper at front top and 1" to 1.25" splits at bottom. Scattered faint age spotting to cover. Pages are evenly aged and supple. Cover is VG/Fine while pages are VF. Noted by the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide as rare.
