Item Description
Set of 27 comics based on the 1983-1985 animated TV series, itself based on TSR's Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game. Published in Spain as "Dragones y Mazmorras," as comic book adaptations of all 27 episodes of the TV series by Comics Forum, a division of Spanish publisher Editorial Planeta De Agostini under license from TSR. This is the only comic adaptation of this cartoon, American or elsewhere. The series features art by Pasqual Ferry, Francisco Javier Montes, Joan Bernet Toledano, Eloy Garijo Casajuana, Bernardo Serrat Garcia and Ramon Gonzales. Issues have scattered handling wear/aging, w/pinch creases to spines and some conrer tip wear. Some have scattered color rubs to covers. Pages are white to off-white. Fine to VF overall. Single issues of this title are scarce, making this full set a rare offering.
