Gernsback. First appearance of Buck Rogers. "Armageddon 2419" by Philip F. Nowlan. Frank R. Paul cover and art. H.G. Wells and Hugo Gernsback stories. Slightly brittle pages. Front cover features art by Frank Paul, depicting a flying scientist from the magazine's lead story The Skylark Of Space by Edward Elmer Smith. Issue contains 29-page story Armageddon - 2419 A.D. by Philip Francis Nowlan which is the very first Buck Rogers story ever published and also represents the origin of space/superhero characters. Story includes five illustrations by noted pulp artist Frank R. Paul. Issue also includes The Moth by H.G. Wells. As for CGC Qualifed note, this includes "Coupon Missing From Page 41".
