Item Description
UKG graded and encapsulated loose 5.5" tall Mattel action figure, an Italian-made figure that was only released in limited numbers in Italy and Spain. Figure was released w/a completely new head design; allowing eyes to utilize light-up feature. Head sculpt was exclusive to this figure. Scarce figure released after Mattel's Masters of the Universe toy sales domination had withered in the US. Encapsulated w/separate light transmitting plastic Havoc Staff and UKG COA.
