Item Description
PLEASE NOTE - RING CONDITION IS AS DESCRIBED. WHAT YOU SEE IN OUR PHOTO (ESPECIALLY IF ENLARGED) IS NOT WHAT IS SEEN BY THE NAKED EYE. THE HIGH QUALITY OF THE PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE AMPLIFIES EVEN THE MOST MINOR IMPERFECTION. LOOKING AT THE ITEM IN PERSON AND UNDER NORMAL VIEWING CONDITIONS, LITTLE TO NONE OF THIS IS EVIDENT. WHEN WE GIVE A RING LIKE THIS A HIGH GRADE, THAT IS THE ACCURATE GRADE AND A MORE TRUE ACCOUNT OF THE ITEM AS SEEN IN THE CATALOG PHOTO.

These were issued individually by Ovaltine in 1936. Set comes w/original paper insert, 4.5x7" fully opened, that explains how rings could be obtained w/seal from an Ovaltine can in addition to the design of the ring and list of birthstones and other birthday month info. Lt. aging but Fine and a great compliment to the set. Each of these metal rings have "24K Gold-Pate" and adjustable band. On the upper side at right is the month of the year while on the left is a "sentiment" word for person born that month (all listed on the paper). All rings are scarce to rare. Many we have only offered a few times in our 57 years and a few are offered here in this set for the first time. Most just have scattered small traces of wear/age. A few are Fine to VF but most are Exc to NM. A unique opportunity to obtain the full set at once and the only full set we know of. Robert M. Overstreet Ring Collection.
