Item Description
5.5x7.75x1.25" deep box contains complete amount of 25 five-cent wax packs. ACC# 701-1. Lid text notes "3-D And Full Color Picture Cards" and that each box contains six pairs of 3-D glasses to be given w/purchase of four packs of cards. Cards in this set feature full color illustrations of early car models on fronts w/3-D images on backs. Models include Studebaker, Mercedes, Hudson, Cadillac, Buick, National, Rambler, Packard and more. Car images appear on box lid and all four side panels. Die-cut lid remains unpunched. Trace of aging and edge wear but box remains tight and graphic are strong. Authenticated and sealed by Steve Hart-Baseball Card Exchange (BBCE) w/their logo on the shrink wrap and authentication label on underside. Full boxes are rare. By coincidence, another BBCE authenticated box sold at auction in May of this year for $25,200, emphasizing the rarity and desirability of this item.
