Item Description
Two separate pieces of concept art done on paper have been mounted to a 5x8.5" card stock sheet. Concept art for two different Mickey Mouse wristwatches w/packaging similar to those produced by U.S. Time. The first piece of art is 3.5x5" mixed media signed and dated 1957. Second is 3x3.25" in lead and colored pencil signed and dated 1960. Both designs depict Mickey Mouse specialty packaging and matching watches. Exc., unique. Al Konetzni created and designed many Disney merchandise items in the 1950s-1970s including the classic school bus lunch box. He was inducted as a Disney legend in 1999. Art comes w/one-page bio sheet which he has also signed.
