Item Description
2.5x3". This set of b&w cards was produced by the Swell Gum Co. of Philadelphia and portrays memorable events in baseball history. Each features a baseball theme border and event title on card front. Back of cards describe the event in detail.
Little needs to be said about Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth other than they were two of the greatest players who ever lived. Lou Gehrig was inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1939. Babe Ruth was inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1936.
