Item Description
7-7/8x14.25" section of original illustration. Three-panel section features the Golden Age Green Lantern, Alan Scott w/his back toward viewer confronting Pied Piper-like villain who is entrancing criminals, second and third panel consist of criminals' conversation. "Written Off 9-30-49" rubber stamp below second panel indicates that this art never saw print and was discarded by DC Comics. These discarded pages were often cut apart, as is the case w/this section. Pen and ink w/initial grids remaining. Margins have aging and dust soiling, art could be easily matted for an Exc. display. Great "lost" piece from late in the Green Lantern's Golden Age career. Extremely rare.
