Item Description
Lot consists of 10 pieces from Eva Miller's Boarding House ranging in size from a 5.5" dia. ashtray to two large raincoats, including several pieces from the front lobby of the boarding house. The lot includes a vintage wall-mounted rotary telephone with a wooden cradle, ashtray, jug labeled "Philpott's Foot Warmer", flower vase with fruit design, wicker-necked bottle, and a metal mug. Production-aged. General handling wear. Provenance Above the Line Production Rentals and Hollywood Salvage and comes w/Hake's COA.
