11.25x14.75x1.5" deep sealed box contains Hasbro set No. 2803, ©1965 NPP, Inc. Box describes set as "The New 'Touch Of Velvet Art' By Numbers" and comes w/two pictures. Box is also marked "Just..Peel, Sprinkle, Tap." Lid features illustration of Superman w/comic book title/logo. Shrink-wrap has a few splits at corners (measuring between .25" and .75") w/small split/pull at bottom center on main lid panel, but remains factory-sealed. Lid has some corner creases due to tightness of shrink-wrap, but set is VF/Exc. overall w/contents as packaged.
