Scarce ring offered briefly by Quaker cereals during the Summer of 1941, w/the offer having an Aug. 30, 1941 expiration date and newspaper ads prompting readers to order "Before Orphan Annie Comes Back On The Air Next Fall." Ring has Secret Guard "SG" initials on each side while top has Little Orphan Annie portrait covered by small brass frame magnifying glass held by a pin on the upper edge so it can be swiveled.
