Features brass base w/adjustable bands and has Ted Williams facsimile signature on each side above designs of crossed baseball bats and a ball. Top of ring has 1" plastic replica figure of Williams w/faint pink accent on his shoes and socks. Figure is mounted on a plastic base w/a small tab and underside spring. To one side a vertical wire holds a plastic ball and when platform is turned and released, the figure is to move as if striking ball. As is typical, the wire will not stay in place in a tiny notch on the top edge of the base and thus the batter cannot be turned as intended to gain tension without the wire coming loose from the notch.
