1.75". Scarce variety of button dated for "August 28" displaying white and black hands clasped together in a symbol of unity between text "March On Washington For Jobs And Freedom." Some hairline surface scratches and a few pinprick indentations that amount to moderate surface wear in reflected light. Exc. An important artifact for one of the most historic days in the history of the 20th century civil rights movement.
