9.75" tall. c. 1797. Transfer w/portrait of the second President framed by federal eagle at top, oak leaf border and cherub w/quill in hand below. Verse on other side reads "As He Tills Your Rich Globe, The Old Peasant Shall Tell, While His Bosom With Liberty Glows, How Your Warren Expired, How Montgomery Fell, And How Washington Humbled Your Foes" and is framed by "Liberty" cap flanked by flag and banner at top w/"Independence" in banner surrounded by graphic of agriculture, industry, and culture below. Additional transfers under spout feature oak leaf framed "Success To America" and a 15 star federal eagle. Surface cleaning and seamless restoration to spout, top edge and a hairline crack that extended into top of portrait. Displaying VF.
