11" tall. 11.5" handle to spout. c. 1800. "Washington In Glory" appears above profile appearing on obelisk w/birth and death dates. Angel and eagle w/bowed heads. Rev. sailing ship flies US flag. 32 point "Box The Compass" appears below spout. Scattered floral designs on all sides. Two chips on spout. Stress lines at base handle. Scattered discoloration and typical fine even crazing. Pitcher remains a large and impressive mourning item. VG. Rex & Patti Stark Collection.
