10" tall. c. 1790s. Large bulbous pitcher featuring Washington obelisk surrounded by mourners including angel, native American, sailor and soldier. Transfer with linked states border. Reverse has nautical theme/sailing ship flying US flag. Presentation /commissioned names "Daniel & Elizabeth Cashman" appear below spout. All transfers are grey toned as made. Overall cleaning. Handle has been expertly reattached. Restoration to spout and top edges. Displays Fine. Rex & Patti Stark Collection.
