The back of his collar along the lower edge does have a letter "W," apparently representing the Japanese maker and below this are the embossed words "Made In Japan." Donald's head and neck can be manually turned to any position although when the figure rolls around on its base the head remains in that position. Great colors, great NM condition w/no chips, cracks or dents. Second seen and first we've offered.
