Item Description
14x22" original cardboard window card for "W S M Grand Ole Opry Presents - In Person Ernest Tubb And His Texas Troubadours" show on "Fri. Aug. 3" at "Man Drive-In Theater Man - W. VA." w/ticket info "Admission: $1.00". Ernest Tubb was an American country singer/songwriter and one of the pioneers of country music who would later become a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame. Poster was folded down into quarters and has obvious creasing throughout but is not torn. Small .5" area of color is broken in crease in fingers resting on guitar at center and some areas of ink splatter as printed around lettering at bottom. Corner bumps and handwritten "1956" in top right corner on verso does not detract from clean image and vibrant red ink border w/bold lettering highlighting the Grand Ole Opry. VG.
