Plate on front reads “The Barkster By Carl Barks.” From 1995 and only 100 were produced. Hand numbered on of base “31-100” and back of base is also signed by both Carl Barks and sculptor Randy Bowen in gold ink. Comes in original box with label on the front picturing this figure and noting it was “Produced By Gemstone Publishing Inc. And Dark Horse Comics Inc. In Conjunction With Bowen Designs.” Originally issued with a certificate and video tape although these are no longer present. The figure is Mint as issued.
