Item Description
9x13.5" punched blister card contains three 2.75" to 3.5" tall solid plastic figures by Processed Plastic Company, ©1982 Marvel Comics Group. Item #2020. This company also made "Adventure Sets", that were nicely done but did not sell well. In addition to the figures, set comes w/plastic grappling hook and 60" long "Transport String" and (Captain America) motorcycle w/detachable sidecar. Included here are - The Human Torch, Doctor Octopus and Captain America. Card features two images of Captain America w/motorcycle, The Human Torch as well as portrait images of the 12 characters in the series on the reverse. Card shows moderate scattered wear w/corner creases and scattered aging, but blister remains firmly affixed to card. Fine overall w/figures NM as packaged. Figures feature great detail. Despite this attention to detail, sets did not sell well, accounting for their scarcity.
