1.25" w/Baltimore Badge back paper. Clock hands positioned 16 minutes to 1 o'clock representing Bryan's position on the ratio of silver to gold coinage 16 to 1. This design is famously off-center, however, the present example is about as well-centered as we've ever seen. Only minor surface wear. High gloss. NM. A truly choice example.
