Item Description
This was the show card of a salesman for Chicago's famous Green Duck Co. which specialized in litho tin buttons and metal advertising or souvenir novelties. The card is black velvet over cardboard with black thread anchoring each of the displayed pieces (except threads are loose on three of five cuff bracelets). Every item carries the enamel and metal official 1934 Chicago World's Fair logo of a swirling comet with the words "1934 Chicago". There are four link bracelets each 7", there are eight enamel pins .75" to 2.5" (one pin was removed long ago leaving .5x1" hole in the velvet), and five different cuff bracelets. The logos are executed in the enamel colors of pale blue, dark blue, red, black, white and green. The velvet is a bit dull with age/dust but certainly Fine and all the jewelry is NM as made. Unique.
