14x16.5" overall w/9.5x12" mat backing. Colorful portrait of the eighth President w/name below in margin. Moderate wear on painting, most notably a few specks of paint loss in green background and along bottom margin. Frame has moderate wear w/area of loss in bottom left. Frame adhered to mat.
