3" wide overall w/1.25"cello. W&H back paper. Stickpin reverse. This event was organized by Roosevelt's friend Frank Travers to celebrate the first anniversary of TR's Presidency. Some even age toning on ribbons, otherwise only light wear on cello. Overall still Exc. John Hillhouse Collection.
