12.5x16.5" overall. 9.5x13.5" opening. Text at top reads "Justice To Harry Of The West." Text above ovals read "Nominated For President/Nominated For Vice President." Names appear below. Original frame (new paper on reverse), original glass with couple tiny air bubbles, original brass loop on frame's top edge. Couple trivial dots of wood lamination off frame. Overall outstanding condition. Much above average example.
