3x9.5". Text beneath wreath and cannons reads "No Compromise With Treason!/Rally 'Round The Flag, Boys, Rally Once Again." Totally clean, but numerous very fine horizontal ripple lines on the paper. Reverse has single penciled word "Canvassed." Lists 8 electors for president and V.P. plus offices from Henry Crapo Governor down to Coroners. VF.
